In recognition of Women in Medicine, the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society (CFCMS) celebrated during its annual all-female physician cocktail/dinner reception at the NYLO Hotel in Plano on September 30, 2022.
During this (always welcomed) networking event, President Sejal Mehta, MD, Psychiatry, Plano, addressed the physicians about all the “going’s on” with the CFCMS many member benefits (GPO program, 401(K) program, MEWA health insurance program, complementary and marketed healthcare job board (www.healthcarehires.com), the complementary and annual CME “inPHYnity” conference on May 6, 2023, the complimentary and anonymous physician wellness program…8 hours per year, per physician from PhD level psychologists, etc.). President Mehta also thanked everyone for her past two years as president and invited everyone to return to next year’s function with a friend on Friday, September 29.
